In the year 2143, the US/Canadian border metropolis of Triumph City is a cesspool of shadowy villains. Fortunately, it also has valiant superheroes to keep the villains in check and a bureaucratic Heroism Board to regulate the superheroes.
Dechs Rashart (a.k.a. Shadehawke) is an unlikely hero, catching crooks and mad scientists for a living while hiding from Tera Corp and his own dark past. But you can't hide from Tera Corp forever...and hiding from yourself is pretty hard too.
