Dr. Devious was a world-famous supervillain in the 1960's until his capture by Jack Bail in 1969, a highly trained (and well-tanned) secret agent. His plans for world domination foiled, he serves his 35-year prison sentence without incident, and is released on probation. The only catch... his probation requires him to do community service - teaching high school science at a school designed for the sole purpose of putting evil geniuses to good social use - Lincoln High. Dr. Devious is joined by his henchmen, as well as some of his bitter enemies. And they all share the same teachers' lounge.
