Elise in Pieces is told as a manifesto through the bloodshot eyes of a homicidal teenage girl who has aspirations of becoming the next big high profile murderer. A feminist at heart, she dreams of outdoing all her predominately male predecessors.
A major obstacle in her way, however, is her agoraphobia and her fear of leaving the familiar space of the Plum Valley Town Home Complex she knows so well. She is largely constricted to her immediate surroundings and must result to clever means of getting her kills and her message out to the world.
