Meet Shrialba, a runner agent for the undercover organization called the Nobella Bureau. Their priority is to protect the identity of daemons living within the human race, and to protect the humans from the harm that has escaped from their world. Shrialba's job is to track down criminal fugitives on foot in the streets of Seattle, however, her world is turned upside down as a string of phenomenal events begin to unfold.
