In a world where everyone is born with a power, one power is different than the rest. People with the power of water have an ability no other power has. Whenever they touch water, they transform into a marine humanoid. These people have been hunted down for as long as humanity can remember because they are viewed as vermin that must be gotten rid of. Although the world shares this mindset, can someone's mind be changed when they learn a person they hold dear has the power water?
