Bit Charles has a sense of justice stronger than the average person. Although he lives a normal life, he is unhappy with the drug cases and thefts that occur in the city. Among these drug addicts, he meets a homeless guy named Jean. Bit is misled by Jean’s strange charm, and eventually, Bit tries to help Jean by rehabilitating him.

Sugar Alley is a romance story that takes place in New York that shows the obstacles an ordinary and non-ordinary person go through due to society’s restrictions. Because, unless someone is a drug addict, he or she cannot understand how drug addicts feel.
