The world is getting weirder everyday. Dogs grant wishes from clouds and the forest surrounding the city seems to be more active with the dead.
When Mitch attempts to quit his job in the city’s defense against the weird, and the city’s current new recruits seem to be ambivalent about the job - a series of events unfold that maybe leads to the end of the world.
