Chart topping pop-star by day, magical warrior by night. 19-year-old Allan Sparkem has come to Spotlight City to become a musician, but of course, dreams don’t come true easily. The inspiration Allan creates from his music career fuels his super-powered Dr. Spotlight persona who can harness the Resonance Effect to defeat and purify Hollow Notes – dangerous villains born from lost passion – and save the day.
