ASTRALKIND is a comic about a society of bunnyfolk, the Leporians, in their early spacefaring age. Fueled by the high of a rapidly advancing future, they're quick to leave their past behind in the shadows of forgetting as they seek out expansion of their civilization. What they don't know... is that their past is about to catch up on them really quickly, and that their race has played a much bigger role in something far greater than they could imagine. Those in the social hierarchy developed in this modern day think they're playing their pawns, but they're going to find out that it's pawns all the way down. There are forces beyond these people that have set in motion a chain reaction, which they're about to bear witness to when history unfolds before their eyes.

But to the vast majority of these Leporians... they have smaller issues to face. Their society has fallen into a strange paradox of utopia and dystopia — there are wars happening and being fought in star systems across the empire, there is still prejudice that bears down upon the residents on even the safest of havens. Everyone has been focused on trying to live their niche in this world where the leaders are so blinded by moving forwards, they hardly look back to see those they have trampled underneath their relentless march. Worker towns established in orbits around planets and even waystations between stars by corporations with a friendly smile... and deep pockets to profit off of those they invite into their snare.
