Tony Price is a restless youth, popular high school track star, and rambunctious delinquent aching for parental attention and approval. What happens when these two become unlikely friends? Blackwater is a collection of supernatural short comics centering around the haunted town of Blackwater, Maine. While the format is episodic, there is an overarching plot culminating in our two protagonists, Eli Hirsch and Tony Price, learning of the town's creeping and archaic mysteries, as well dealing with typical high school drama, and becoming closer to one another and eventually falling in love!
