The story of Rilah, a young aimless street criminal--whose family is unusual. Raised with his adoptive brother Hannibal, the two are low level members of a 90s era cult that worships the Egyptian god, Ra. Under the iron grip of Father Mandulis, the city of Providence is ruled by pockets of many gangsters who fight for control.

Rilah, passive to his fate, is just a small piece of a larger enterprise. Until he meets a strange little boy who turns the world upside down. Now, things may never be as they were, and the seemingly occult may be more real than once thought.
