In the year 2020, the depravity of mankind has taken its toll. On the evening news, crime rates soar to unprecedented levels, war rages on, hate crimes worsen in severity, and one begins to wonder if there?s hope for humanity. Suddenly in the midst of this all, omniscient cameras with eyeball-like lenses begin to appear, judging mankind and condemning the guilty to death. Where did these cameras come from? What are they? And who sent them?
